Check-in’s are opportunities to collaborate with other Project Coordinators, ask questions, and discuss the progress of your project. If you’ve received a Team Grant, we encourage you to invite multiple team members to attend with you.

Check-in frequency

All Project Coordinators must attend a Fall Orientation and Spring Check-In meeting. Project Coordinators can schedule additional one-on-one check-in’s through our IFT Office Hours Booking Site.

Meeting info

Check-in’s happen on a group Zoom meeting, 5:00pm-6:30pm PT.

Once your project is complete, it’s time to tell us all about it.
