About the Project
The grant project will help to institute the Next Gen Visionary Inventors (NGVI) Program in Pomona USD. An enhanced workspace allows to collaborate and design high end technology projects, engineer inventions, and discover new applications through high-end science fair projects. Using robotics and advanced software programming, experienced STEM instructors want to create a unique environment for Garey Senior High School students to see their ideas come to life. We have eager inventors and future engineers within our student population. Grant funds are used to generate inventions, cutting edge Science Fair projects, and Vex Robotics competitors whose successes that will be shared, presented, and further promoted as proud STEM products build by our own Pomona students.
