About the Project
This project will give students at River City High School the opportunity to live stream broadcast school events to an online site. This multi-dimensional enterprise entails many different aspects from pre-production work, broadcast journalism and interviewing skills, working with multiple camera feeds, streaming and on-screen graphics technology and post-production work; all while meeting deadlines and creating a product at a professional level. This project will help achieve our school-wide goal of giving students a hands-on opportunity to become college and career ready, while simultaneously building school culture by giving the broader community a chance to be a part of some of our most popular school events.
