About the Project
This project equips students with mental health coping strategies, peer support skills, and leadership experience and provides students with tools to recognize when to seek help, support others without overstepping, and build resilience through practices like yoga, breathwork, and journaling. Students engage in monthly sessions with expert presenters and later lead peer workshops.
